Hi! I'm Hope.
I'm a senior product designer and team leader based in the NYC area, currently heading strategic design initiatives at HubSpot. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft experiences that help millions of organizations thrive using HubSpot's CRM platform and comprehensive suite of tools. I'm skilled at bringing clarity to complex problems and passionate about creating beautiful, intuitive, highly usable designs that put people first.

I've had the privilege of working with and leading hybrid, distributed teams at organizations including American Express, W. W. Norton, John Wiley & Sons, and Columbia University. As a designer and leader, I'm passionate about challenging myself to continually grow while sharing knowledge, mentoring new designers, and giving back to the design community.

Throughout my career, I've fostered relentless curiosity and a commitment to continual learning, driving my approach to impactful UX and product design. I seamlessly transition between leadership and hands-on roles, leveraging analytical skills and creative problem-solving to deliver meaningful results for businesses and their customers. My deliberate focus on expanding my expertise and exploring new areas has enabled me to grow as both a leader and a senior design strategist.

I'm an experienced workshop facilitator with comprehensive training from AJ&Smart (leaders in design sprints and innovative workshop methodologies). I've led a range of workshops, from informal team ideation sessions to multi-week strategy sprints and large-scale enterprise collaborations. My foundation in visual design brings a refined understanding of color, a passion for typography, and a continuous curiosity to my work. I thrive on collaboration and am motivated by seeing my contributions drive positive change.

When I'm not designing, you can find me reading, pursuing my modern dance hobby, or exploring the neighboring nature reservation with my family.

Connect with me on LinkedIn and drop me a line! I'd love to hear from you.
